Unfortunately, no. Once you confirm your membership plan, it covers you from the moment you subscribe until the same date the following month. We understand circumstances change, but refunds for unused days are not applicable.

The way it works is pretty simple. There’s a list of activities and thresholds that earn you POT. The exact amount of POT you will earn for each activity depends on the transaction amounts, frequency, as well as your account color. Users are divided into tiers that are marked by color. Once a week, we tally the POTs you earned to determine your color for the following week.

You can redeem your POTs for Euro by committing them to burn. Every month, we allocate a certain amount from our revenue to a Reward Pool that is distributed between POT holders who decided to "cash out" and redeem POT for cash.
